Tribute for a Special Man
Stephen Comins MacDougall
We keep in our hearts forever the memories of those we have loved.
November 27, 1924 - January 8, 2014
"What we once enjoyed and deeply loved we can never lose ~ for all that we love deeply become a part of us."
Helen Keller
Steve had an active life... He loved to ski, dig clams, ride his motorcycle, and work around the yard with his "equipment".
For many years, his family enjoyed summers on Robbins Island in Essex, MA. Recently, he spent many happy winters with family and friends in Florida.
The family home in Westford was the place where the five children and their beloved pets were raised.
It has been a good life.
Steve was a devoted and helpful son to his parents, who lived nearby. He was a faithful husband, a proud and caring father, a loving grandfather, and a loyal friend.
It was a life well-lived.
